An update from Pam after her courageous effort in fundraising for Guys trust, with a sponsored swim in the Red Sea.
Latest update from Pam regarding the Fundraiser planned for 27th December, in London.
I thought it was worth posting this to the website, just in case your plans have changed or you want an excuse to peel yourself away from left over turkey!

We've managed to secure a few DJs now and things are hotting up!!!
In order to raise money for the Insulin Dependent Diabetes Trust (IDDT) we are going to charge an entrance fee of £20 per person. Please log into the website below and purchase your tickets in advance. If you have problems with the site or don't have access to the internet then contact me please.

Using this website is super efficient from a fundraising perspective because:
1) Just Giving claim 25% of the donation in Gift Aid (ie: they reclaim the income tax you've paid on that amount) and add it to the amount donated before passing on to IDDT.
2) The website shows clearly what has been raised and I can then use it to claim Matched Giving from Barclays (my employer)... Barclays have very kindly agreed to match funds raised up to £750.
So whatever you give will have 25% added (if you are a UK taxpayer) and be doubled by Barclays... hurrah I hear you say :-)
If you can't attend the party but would like to make a donation then please contact me and I'll explain the most efficient way to do that.
